LOVE AND PRIDE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The Love and Pride return and exchange policy gives you ample time to ensure you made the right purchase decision.
In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied, simply return any item (without
custom engraving) in its original condition within 30 days of the shipment date
for a refund or an exchange.
Your purchase can be exchanged for another item, the same item in a different
size or setting, or for repair. Once it’s received, your refund or new item
will be processed in just a few days after review by our Quality Control
department. Items that have been engraved, altered, resized (by Love and Pride or any other outlet),
or seem worn or damaged in any way will not be accepted
for a return or an exchange.
