Mexican Soccer Stars To Fans: Homophobia In The Stands Isn’t OK

Homophobia in sports is a hot topic, and while we’re generally making moves to combat it here in the States, it can be a bit more accepted in some parts in the world. Soccer is big across the globe, and things can sometimes get a bit homophobic on the field.

Luckily, a group of Mexican soccer stars have come together to record a PSA to try to get their fans to cut out the homophobic chants in the stands. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re all pretty damn cute as well.

Even if you don’t speak Spanish, it’s worth a watch. Check it out below.
