#Bestof2015: HRC Releases 2016 Buyer’s Guide to Support Businesses That Support LGBT Equality

HRC’s 2016 Buyer’s Guide was released right in time for the holiday shopping season, allowing shoppers to support companies that have inclusive policies toward LGBT employees.

The handy, user-friendly guide, which was first issued more than a decade ago, provides invaluable consumer information based on company scores reported in HRC’s annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI). It also includes HRC-researched data on additional well-known companies and their brands.

The Buyer’s Guide cover a variety of sectors, including apparel and accessories, banking and finance, food and beverage, home and garden, restaurants and technology.

HRC also released an updated Buyer's Guide app for mobile and tablet devices. Download the free app in the Apple Store and in Google Play.

Whether you are picking up lunch, buying a new suit or looking for a new computer, by supporting businesses that support LGBT workplace equality you send a powerful message that LGBT inclusion is good for the bottom line.

Counting down to 2016, HRC is celebrating our greatest milestones and victories in 2015. It has been another incredible year for LGBT equality and we could not have done it without you -- our members, readers and supporters--and we look forward to continuing our work in 2016. Stay tuned for more highlights from 2015.
