RIP David Bowie — Here’s His Isolated Vocal Track From “Under Pressure” With Freddie Mercury

 

A few days ago we shared the isolated vocal track from Freddie Mercury on Queen’s enduring 1977 hit, We Are The Champions.”

It gave us the feels.

Well, the world lost another irreplaceable artist on Sunday night — David Bowie, we’re happy to know that you’ve made it back to the mothership, but you will be deeply missed, sir.

The unparalleled musician died at the age of 69 following an 18 month battle with cancer.

In keeping with the a cappella streak, here’s the isolated vocals from Bowie and Mercury’s 1981 “Under Pressue,” which the duo famously wrote together in 24 hours in Switzerland. We won’t ask how they managed to stay up all night.
