The nebulous distinction of “national treasure” is a small club indeed. Who else? RuPaul? Meryl Streep?

Well one name that always makes the list is Tom Hanks.

And in case there was any confusion how the affable actor stays on everyone’s good list, he does things like crash a Central Park wedding photo shoot and be the best sport imaginable.
