‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ Receives Not Just One, But Two Emmy Nominations

A big congrats to the RuPaul‘s Drag Race team, and of course RuPaul himself, for receiving their first ever Emmy Award nomination!

The 2016 Emmy nominees were announced on Thursday morning by Anthony Anderson and Lauren Graham, and RuPaul’s Drag Race received not only one, but two nominations. RuPaul was nominated in the category of Outstanding Host For A Reality Or Reality-Competition Program, and also Outstanding Costumes For A Variety, Nonfiction Or Reality Program for his costume in RuPaul’s Drag Race season 8, episode one (pictured above).

Tune in on Sunday, September 18th to find out if RuPaul will take home either awards.
