This Dad Won’t Touch His Naked Son “Because It’s Gay”

Finding herself in an absurd, entirely unsavory predicament, a young mother is asking the Internet for advice. In what could simply be a crafty attempt to never clean up a dirty diaper, her husband has proven unwilling to touch their son’s private parts because, in his eyes, that’s really “gay.”

“I’ve been married to my husband for three years,” she writes on Reddit, “but we’ve been dating for two years before that. He’s honestly the best person I’ve ever met.”

Well, apparently she needs to get out of the house more often. While her hubby was “very happy” to hear she was expecting, and they were “super excited” to discover they were having a boy, things took a turn for the dismal when she started boning up on baby books:

I’ve been reading about diaper rash and how important it is to change the diaper and clean the baby as soon as possible.

“I told my husband that when the baby comes he needs to use baby wipes on the groin and butt as a precaution since it can be pretty bad.

“He stopped me and said that I would be changing all of the diapers, that he doesn’t want to touch anything because it’s gay and that it’s my responsibility.”

She’s understandably shocked and confused by this reaction: “Our baby is our son, we need to take care of him.”

As Pink News reports, Reddit users have been quick to voice their opinions on the matter.

“Touching his son is gay,” one writes. “Does that mean he would help if it were a girl? How creepy is that?”

“But I am kinda suspecting that he’s expecting you to do all the child rearing and this is an excuse, not an argument.”

No word yet on whether he feels comfortable playing the occasional round of peek-a-boo, or whether that’s also too gay.

Can you believe the National Organization for Marriage still even exists? NOM just organized a rally at the Mexican embassy in Washington DC, a show of [...]
