We have two global shipping options:
(1) With our e-commerce partner, FiftyOne, Love and Pride now provides our international shoppers the ability to shop in their home currency – with fixed order totals and international return addresses. The following 34 countries are currently on board – with more to come over the coming months.

What is FiftyOne?
FiftyOne is an ecommerce solution that allows Love and Pride to present its prices in local currencies – in addition to U.S. dollars. Now you can see our prices in your home currency all the way through the check out process.
Can I still shop at Love and Pride if I am from a country not covered by your parternship with FiftyOne?

Prices are quoted in US dollars, but can be billed to non-US credit cards, with exchange rates fixed by your financial institution. Orders are shipping and returned via our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania hub.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your basket and click on the FiftyOne Global Checkout button in order to calculate the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from the U.S. to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties, taxes, and VAT as determined by the destination customs authority.
If your home country is not one serviced by our FiftyOne solution – your order total will be quoted in US dollars – and the currency exchange rate will be fixed by your financial institution. Shipping costs will also be clearly indicated during check out.
What non-US currencies does Love and Pride support?
Through our partnership with FiftyOne, we support billing in Canadian dollars (CAD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP) – and of course, US dollars.
What payment options do you support for international purchases?
Love and Pride accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Currently, FiftyOne supports Visa and MasterCard payments with additional payment options coming in the coming months.
How much duty, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes are charged on international orders?
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and fixed by FiftyOne within the Global Checkout.
What will my credit card statement say?
If your credit card is billed by FiftyOne, your credit card statement will read "51*MERCHANT" where 51 denotes the FiftyOne network.
If your credit card is billed by Love and Pride, your credit card statement will read "Love and Pride".

If you choose to refund any item for any reason that has been purchased using our partner FiftyOne, they will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, taxes and/or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Where do I send my returns?
If you purchased using FiftyOne, you must call Love and Pride Customer Service at 1-866-808-LOVE (5683) during our business hours to receive an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number, you may return it to:
