A native of Israel, Udi lived through three wars determined to create things of beauty and to promote peace. After learning his trade in the Tel Aviv diamond industry, his fame as an original designer took off upon his arrival in New York in 1983. His jewelry collections have been showcased in legendary stores such as Sak's, Fortunoff's and Macy's, and worn by celebrities from Ludacris to Angela Bassett to Britney Spears. 9/11 was a turning point in Udi's life (he and his family still live in lower Manhattan) and inspired the Love, Peace & Hope collection. This became a precursor of all his exclusive creations under the Love & Pride brand. Seamlessly integrating spirituality with glamour and emotion, they are the finest articulation yet of his extraordinary vision.
