LOVE AND PRIDE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The Love and Pride return and exchange policy gives you ample time to ensure you made the right purchase decision.

In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied, simply return any item (without custom engraving) in its original condition within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund or an exchange.

Your purchase can be exchanged for another item, the same item in a different size or setting, or for repair. Once it’s received, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days after review by our Quality Control department. Items that have been engraved, altered, resized (by Love and Pride or any other outlet), or seem worn or damaged in any way will not be accepted for a return or an exchange.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Love and Pride LLC, follow our three step process:

1. Visit http://returns.loveandpride.com for your Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of the box you are returning.
2. Re-package your item in the original box (including appraisal and diamond certificate, if appropriate), wrap and mail to the Love and Pride Customer Service Center:

3. Please insure your package. If the price of your item is less than $500, you can use any carrier to ship it. But remember to insure it fully, and get a return receipt for arrival confirmation. For items priced higher than $500 (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over this) use US Postal Service Registered Mail for your fully insured package with a confirmation receipt.
