Rosie O’Donnell is all in to play Steve Bannon on SNL. Think about it.

While we’d miss Steve Bannon portrayed as the Grim Reaper on Saturday Night Life, the thought of Rosie O’Donnell taking on the challenge is certainly an inviting one.

Politico reports Melissa McCarthy’s portrayal of Sean Spicer managed to get under Donald Trump’s distractingly orange skin for pretty much the worst reason you could possibly imagine: “It was Spicer’s portrayal by a woman that was most problematic in the president’s eyes,” a source close to the situation told the site.

In fact, Trump reportedly feels the portrayal is “not considered helpful for Spicer’s longevity in the grueling, high-profile job in which he has struggled to strike the right balance between representing an administration that considers the media the ‘opposition party,’ and developing a functional relationship with the press.”

With his never-not-troubling view of women in mind, imagine if Rosie O’Donnell happened to take on the role of Bannon. Trump and O’Donnell have had an ongoing, very public, and way heated feud going back to at least 2006, when Trump told People, “Rosie’s a loser. A real loser. I look forward to taking lots of money from my nice fat little Rosie.”

In fact, he insults her pretty much every opportunity he gets:

Let’s all pray to the gods of casting to make this a thing.
