Watch: Armie Hammer seduces Timothee Chalamet in “Call Me By Your Name”
Based on André Aciman’s 2007 novel of the same name, Call Me By Your Name stars Armie Hammer as a 24-year-old American scholar who unwittingly falls in love with a precocious 17-year old boy (Timothee Chalamet).
The film was the talk of Sundance, as much for the chemistry between its two male stars as for its explicit sex scenes (one of which prominently features a split-open peach.)
Sony Pictures Classics has yet to set a release date for the film, but they’re wasting no time in drumming up interest by releasing snippets here and there.
Vanity Fair just posted a clip that finds the two men flirting at an afternoon volleyball game, and it’s worth a look if you want to see what all the fuss is about and get an overall sense of the vibe.
